Hi, my name is Wanda McDonnell. I’m originally a city girl from New York and later New Jersey and have been vacationing along the Grand Strand for the last 25 years. Golf, warm weather and its sandy beaches were what drew my family to the area, but I shortly discovered that the Grand Strand area had so much more to offer. I recently made Georgetown County my permanent home.
I worked in the Reinsurance Industry for most of my career. The corporate environment had many challenges, but it taught me to have a solution oriented mindset, discipline, organizational skills and that the customer is always first.
I always had a love for real estate and interior design. I believe with my experience in customer service and my personal experiences in buying, selling and decorating homes, I am a great resource for home buyers and sellers today. I can see potential in any property. Whether you are looking to buy new construction, single family home, condominium or selling your home, I can guide you through the process. Buying and selling a home is one of most important decisions you will ever make. I am dedicated and eager to help you and your family make all your Real Estate dreams come true. I am available to assist you and I look forward to working with you when you are ready to buy or sell your real estate.

We were looking for a vacation rental investment in South Carolina and were fortunate enough to fall upon Wanda McDonnell as our realtor. Wanda made my experience in finding a vacation home enjoyable by providing her kind and professionalism in a way I trusted and felt comfortable with Thankfully I found the home that best fits our family’s personalities and one that is best suited our needs in both a rental investment and our family time when visiting SC. None of which would have been possible had I not met Wanda. I highly praise her expertise and kind disposition. Our family thanks her for all that she has done. We will definitely reach out to Wanda should we ever decide to sell or invest again in SC. We are content for now with our choice and are looking forward to our family vacations moving forward😊

I was in the middle of a review for Wanda McDonnell when the message ACCIDENTALLY got sent. I would like to complete the testimonial but I am wondering if the partial review was adequate to express our complete satisfaction with her as our realtor. Please send me the "portion" of my review to complete so I can finish my thoughts about her and her role in helping us sell our home. If this is not possible, send me another email requesting a review and I will attempt to reconstruct what I had said prior to the email being sent prematurely. Thank you. Susan Bennett

We worked with Wanda in the Fall of 2021 to find our dream beach home in the Pawleys Island area. After our initial introduction call, where we discussed what our dream home looked like, Wanda lined up a number of beautiful properties. We quickly fell in love with one of those properties and wanted to make an offer. Wanda guided us through the offer process and was very informative about the Pawleys Island market. We did sign a contract and Wanda was a great partner in guiding us through all the steps needed to get to the closing table. She made the process very easy and was there to help us every step of the way. It was a pleasure working with Wanda!
